Vermijd als de pest, correcte prijs en werk en dan niets, je ziet ze niet meer! Onmogelijk om ze aan de telefoon te krijgen, mails niet beantwoorden etc... Kortom, uw garantie vliegt weg aangezien geen enkele andere installateur de garantie wil overnemen van uw installatie die door een ander is gemonteerd.

Failliet...... Alles wordt verkocht op veilingsite door curator.....

Neemt niet op en beantwoord geen mails. Bestaat dit bedrijf nog ?

Ik had met hen te maken als onderaannemers voor Svea Solar. Ze stuurden de arbeiders zonder ervoor te zorgen dat er op de installatiedag een lift voor hen beschikbaar was. Ik moest voor hen een lokale oplossing vinden omdat ze zeiden dat het niet mogelijk was om dezelfde dag een lift te vinden. Ik vond er een in 5 minuten. Hun klantenservice is ellendig. Ze zullen je met gratie negeren. Beantwoord nooit e-mails. Zeer beleefd aan de telefoon, maar doet altijd niets voor uw eisen, zelfs na dagelijkse telefoontjes. Ze hebben mijn installatie niet afgemaakt en het project gedumpt, dus nu moet een ander bedrijf komen om het af te maken. NIET AANGERADEN !!! Dit is geen manier om zaken te doen. Het is jammer.

2 jaar geleden installatie laten plaatsen in samenwerking met de groepsaankoop West-Vlaanderen. Sedert de eerste dag is er een probleem met één string en dit sleept nog steeds aan. Communicatie verloopt extreem moeilijk. Op e-mails wordt er niet geantwoord, enkel telefonisch contact is mogelijk. Al reeds 3 maal is er een technieker langsgekomen maar er is uiteindelijk nog steeds niets opgelost. Ook moet ik steeds zelf contact met hen opnemen om te vragen wat ze aan de installatie hebben gedaan. Hier heb ik slechts één woord voor: beschamend...

Installatie van 20 panelen laten plaatsen door deze firma, zeer amateuristische plaatsing ! beschamend zelf! en HEEEL veel schade de dakwerker ploeg hebben door de velux naar binnen geklommen ipv door binnenhuis naar binnen te komen, met schade tot gevolg ( dit bij een pas vernieuwde woning) ( werd vergoed door de mensen van eco-degelek met de nodige weken die erover gingen) dan na de plaatsing had ik telkens wat water en vochtplekken binnen, aangaand De woning ( en dak) van het jaar 1955 was kon ik misschien vermoeden dat de woning een lek kon hebben door de leeftijd daarbij een volledig nieuw onderdak laten plaatsen en pannen , echter bij deze plaatsing kwam alles uit de dakwerker ploeg van ECO-DEGELEK die de zonnepanelen hebben geplaatst hebben hadden niets beter gevonden om 10tal gaten te kloppen in het onderdak om de wachtbuis die nochtans aangeduid was op plan te zoeken. tot daar aan toe dat ze gaten kloppen in een onderdak als ze dan nog zo vrij zijn om deze dicht te maken zodoende ik geen gaten zou hebben in het onderdak, MAAR HELAAS!!! hebben ze dit niet gedaan ! als dit nog niet genoeg was !!! hebben zomaar overal waar de beugels voor de zonnepanelen moeten zitten het onderdak in stukken geklopt om makkelijk hun beugels te kunnen bevestigen. dan bij het vaststellen onmiddellijk mijn verzekeraar gebeld, deze heeft ter plaatse gekomen, een email opgesteld naar eco-degelek maar zij betwisten dan de schade, doch had ik nog de gsm nr van de plaatser, die gecontacteerd, en hij herinnert zich zelfs nog dat ze de gaten geklopt hebben en vergeten hebben deze dicht te maken. toch blijft de zaakvoerder volhouden dat dit niet van hun is. dus dit word jammer genoeg een rechtszaak kan maar 1 ding meedelen aan potentiële kopers, als je geen schade wil, duik niet in zee met hun qua materiaal alles ok tot nu toe, qua plaatsing en verantwoordelijkheid en dienst na verkoop en dikke vette flop. zie de eerste foto's van de schade aan de velux door erdoor te klimmen zie de resterende van de schade aan het dak zie laatste foto de professionele oversteek van ene zijde van het dak naar het andere ipv onder de nok door te gaan, slaan ze liever een stuk onderdak kapot aan beide zijden om zo de kabel door te steken ZEER AMATEURISTISCH

Snel in verkoop en plaatsing. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is oke. Ellendig in dienst na verkoop. Reeds drie maal een ganse dag gewacht op technieker zonder langs te komen. Factuur voor geleverd werk al ontvangen zonder dat er iemand langskomen is.
